Stellenbeschreibung

• Du entwickelst zentrale Kernprozesse und Methoden im Rahmen der Development Systeme weiter und stellst damit die Basis für den weiteren Erfolg sicher
• In diesem Kontext hast du stets zukünftige Anforderungen im Blick und stellst somit eine Durchgängigkeit im Entwicklungssystem sicher
• Die Konzeption und Implementierung von Methoden, Prozessen und Standards setzt du unter Einbindung der relevanten Partner und Stakeholder (Fachbereiche, Projektteams etc.) um
• Dabei leitest du selbstständig Projekte/Arbeitspakete und sorgst für die organisatorische und operationale Einbindung in die Fahrzeugprojekte
• Du stellst den Know-How-Transfer von neuen Prozessen und Methoden sicher und übernimmst dabei auch Schulungen für KollegInnen
• Du bringst proaktiv Vorschläge zur Verbesserung der Effizienz und Effektivität von Methoden/Prozessen ein

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes technisches oder kaufmännisches Studium
• Berufserfahrung in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten idealerweise in der Automobilindustrie
• Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen/Methoden in Projekten
• Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität
• Erfahrung in der Präsentation, Moderation und Visualisierung
• Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.000,00 brutto/Monat. Es besteht jedoch die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
